Bride FAQs

When should I book my tan for my wedding?

1-3 days prior to the big day! Try and make sure to have your spray tan as the last on your list for wedding week beauty routine.

At least 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding appointment. Please be sure to remove your old tan before getting a fresh one!

What about my white outfits?

While we can’t guarantee zero transfer with any faux tan, there are a few things you can do to significantly reduce the risk—especially when wearing white!

We recommend choosing our Clear Tan option, which is applied without a cosmetic bronzer, and purchasing our Finishing Powder to take home. The powder creates a barrier between your skin and clothing to help minimize transfer.

Most importantly, plan to have a full shower with soap before wearing your wedding dress or other important white outfits—not just your initial bronzer rinse.

As your skin naturally exfoliates, a small amount of color transfer can still occur with any faux tan. The good news? Spray tan is not a permanent stain and can typically be washed out of clothing.

For your wedding weekend, we recommend: Finishing Powder + a full soap shower before the white outfit. 🤍

I’ve never had a spray tan and I’m very fair!

We got you! Spray tans are not a one size fits all. Every tan is truly customized to you. If you’re just looking for a conservative glow we’d love to provide that for you! Just make sure to tap on our Tan Care page and follow those instructions.

Let Us Host Your Group in our Private Room!

All guests in the party will receive a 10% discount on the tan they chose at the time of appointment!

This session can be booked 100 days in advance for bachelorette/bachelor party, shower and/or wedding– must have a minimum of 5 guests and max of 10– must email our wedding coordinator - Avery , at wedding@tlstans.com to schedule this session. Deposit is required.

  • Our new Wilmington, DE Salon has a full private suite dedicated to the brides!

    Our current NJ Salon does not have a private suite. However the main lounge is dangerously cozy & has served our bridal parties just right for the last 6 years!

    The vibes are guaranteed to be immaculate regardless which location you choose!

  • If you have never bronzed with us. We will just need to create your client profile. Please provide us with your full name, preferred email & cell number.
